Thursday, February 4, 2016 – Fresno, CA – After 24 hours of racing at the most iconic race in North America, the No. 52 PR1/Mathiasen Motorsports team finished second in the Prototype Challenge class at the first race of the WeatherTech Sportscar Championshp – The Rolex 24 at Daytona.
The team started the twice around the clock race at the back of the class after electing not to qualify in the rain and risk damaging the car, but after a few short green flag laps, Tom Kimber-Smith had their PC machine in P1. Daytona rookies Robert Alon, Nick Boulle and Jose Gutierrez, all completed flawless stints and were able to extend their lead over the other competitors. Click to Read More.
